Yellow cross
What you should end up with
A yellow cross on the top face. The corners can be anything for now, so the diagrams show them in grey.
How to do it
- Look only at the edges of the top face: a dot, an L shape or a line.
- Hold the cube as shown and do the formula. Each time you move to the next shape: dot → L → line → cross.

If it does not work
›One or three yellow edges on top? That can not happen on a correctly assembled cube. It was probably taken apart: pop one edge out and put it back flipped.
